Online bookings: Online bookings are managed by the appointment scheduling software AcuityScheduling who are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When booking online we will collect your name, e-mail and telephone number. This data will be used to send out e-mail booking reminders and in certain cases for us to contact you regarding your appointment. Your details are treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, unless required by law or the judicial authorities. Your contact details are automatically deleted from our online booking system after 6 months, after which time you will be asked to enter your contact details again should you wish to book an appointment online.

Consultations forms: Any information collected from you during a consultation with your chosen therapist will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, unless required by law or the judicial authorities. The information collected on such occasions may be contact details, contraindications, general state of health or any other information relevant to the treatment you're receiving. This information will allow the practitioner to tailor the treatment according to your needs, and to continue to offer you the most suitable treatment. Your details will be stored on a consultation form or on a client record card, and will be kept in a secure location either in the clinic or at a secure location chosen by your practitioner. All practitioners based at the clinic are self employed, and have their own privacy policies in place.

Your right to view your personal details: You have the right to view the information we hold on you at any time. Please e-mail hello@utopiatherapyhub.com or write to us at Utopia Therapy Hub, 1a Leicester Mews, East Finchley, N2 9EJ, stating your full name and the therapist with whom you've been a client. We will adhere to reply to you within 7 days with the information you requested. In any case we will take no longer than 30 days to reply to you.

Your right to have your details removed: You have the right to have your details removed at any time, be it from the appointment scheduling system or any information in relation to a treatment you have received. We will adhere to remove your details within 7 days. In any case we will take no longer than 30 days to remove your details.
